Internal OHSMS Auditor Training |

The objective of this training course is to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to audit of the organisation's Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) with OHSAS 18001:2007.
Course Outline • Understanding of OHSAS 18001:2007 requirements • Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment • Overview of Internal Audit • Preparing the audit plan and working documents • Conducting on-site audit activities - Opening meeting - Collecting and verifying information - Conducting closing meeting • Completing the audit
Who should attend People involved the internal OHSMS auditing processes within their organization. Participants are encouraged but not expected to have knowledge of auditing, OH&S management systems or OHSAS 18001:2007 before attending this course.
Training Methodology Seminar-based training. Participants shall take part in skills based practical exercises and interactive activities. Live practical audits may be arranged for in-house training.
Course assessment shall be based on a written examination of one hour and a continuous assessment of the attitude and performance of the delegate. A certificate of achievement will be issued to delegates who successfully meet the course requirements.
